As part of Mental Health Awareness Week 2025 we are getting in early here at HRNZ Auckland Network with our very own Mental Health Awareness Initiative (MHAI)!

As part of the Auckland Network “Mental Health Awareness Initiative” on the third day of five we would like to invite you and your friendly four legged friend to join us on our Takapuna Pooch Beach Walk.  
Take this opportunity to connect and meet new people whilst your pooch also socialises and gets out and about to mingle.  If a lover of dogs but don’t have your own; come along and join us!  
All welcome.    
Join us and just “be in the moment”.
