As part of Mental Health Awareness Week 2025 we are getting in early here at HRNZ Auckland Network with our very own Mental Health Awareness Initiative (MHAI)!
As part of the Auckland Network “Mental Health Awareness Initiative” on the first day of five we would like to extend a warm invitation to our members to come and join us on a Waterfront Walk.
The walk will be one hour with the starting point: Victoria Skateboard Park on Beaumont Street and circling back. With the inclusion of Jacobs Ladder and the Jacobs Ladder Bridge; to those who have not walked across it but driven under it many a time – this is your opportunity! The walk will then continue and wrap around the waterfront with the views of our beautiful harbour.
Taking the time to breathe in a burst of fresh air; connecting and meeting new people all whilst remaining “unplugged” from the hustle and bustle of life.
Join us and just “be in the moment”.
