What is the HRNZ self-assessment?
The HRNZ Self-Assessment is a short questionnaire based on The Path HR Capability Framework. It helps you understand how you measure against the Core Capabilities, which Capability Level you're currently operating at, and which Domains of Knowledge you have experience in. It also highlights areas you might want to develop further to reach your professional goals.
Benefits of taking the self-assessment
- Discover where you sit on The Path HR Capability Framework
- Reality-check your professional development progress
- Learn how to articulate your value and experience to employers, peers, recruiters, or hiring managers
- Create a development plan by comparing where you are now with where you want to be
How does the self-assessment work?
Based on your responses, we'll generate a personalised report and save it to your membership profile. The report summarises your expertise, shows how you measure against the Core Capabilities, and suggests what experience or skills to focus on before applying for accreditation.
