- An experienced HR professional with a demonstrated history of working in several industries including public sector, professional services and legal. Strong human resources professional skilled in Succession Planning, Recruiting, Human Resources, Workforce Planning, and Performance Management.
- With 14 years’ experience in the UK, 6 years in NZ with the last 4 years working in Wellington in Central Government. Currently Head of Talent building the Strategic Talent and Talent Acquisition function (16 people) for Waka Kotahi. Prior to that lead the BP, Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams at The Treasury, Strategic Business Partner at PwC and Head of People at MBIE.
