Mō te tūnga | About the role

Are you passionate about making workplaces better for people and driving meaningful change? In this role, your primary focus will be leading and supporting projects that enhance the employee experience and deliver on our People Strategy. From improving onboarding and developing policies to advancing workforce analytics and digital HR tools, you’ll be at the heart of initiatives that shape how we work.

While project delivery is the main part of this role, you’ll also provide generalist HR advisory support when needed - offering guidance across the employee lifecycle and helping our leaders navigate people-related matters. You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values innovation, wellbeing and continuous improvement.

Mōu | About you

You’ll bring a mix of project delivery capability and generalist HR experience, along with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. You’re confident working with data and systems, and you enjoy turning insights into action. You’re also a strong communicator who builds trusted relationships and brings others along on the journey.

We like to set people up for success, so you’ll be a leading applicant if you have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least three years’ experience in an HR advisory role
  • Strong project and change management skills
  • A working knowledge of NZ employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Confidence in using digital tools and HR systems
  • A collaborative, adaptable approach and a genuine interest in people and wellbeing

The starting remuneration range for this role is $91,455 - $107,594 per annum (including KiwiSaver).
