Dr Amy Yong, PhD in Organisational Psychology
Amy is deeply passionate about self-development and individual growth. She has developed and researched a supervisory development training method that focuses on fostering an autonomy-supportive style for supervisors. She has published articles on her high impact training, demonstrating and discussing its effects as well as the broader factors related to employee well-being and the benefits for the organisation. Additionally, Amy is highly committed to workplace well-being and actively participates in discussions and research on various aspects of employee well-being.
