Kitty Chan (Senior Solicitor) and Briana Miller (Solicitor) will be running an informative session on running a restructure process from an employment law perspective, broadly covering the following:

Kitty is a Senior Solicitor in the Employment team at Duncan Cotterill. She supports a diverse range of clients to advise on a range of matters including disciplinary processes and procedures, performance management, medical incapacity, health and safety, restructures and redundancies, and providing advice on personal grievance claims. She also represents clients during mediations and other employment related processes, including workplace investigation and health and safety matters.
Briana Miller, Solicitor, Duncan Cotterill
Briana is a Solicitor in the Employment team at Duncan Cotterill. She works closely with a variety of clients on a range of matters including restructures and redundancies and disciplinary and performance processes, and advising on personal grievance claims
