Session One – What Are People Metrics and What Should HR Be Reporting to the Board?
Presenter: Doug Reid – Group Manager Rewards & Analytics, Genesis Energy

Doug will cover:
 •  What people metrics are (and why they matter)
 •  What HR should be reporting to the Board
 •  How to present data in ways that capture attention 
 •  How metrics link directly to financial outcomes, productivity, customer experience, health and safety and organisation risk
 •  A real example of a P&C board report including how metrics were interpreted to inform business decisions

Session Two – The Challenges With People Data
Presenter: Jonathan Morgan – Co-Founder, LiveRem

Jonathan will cover:
 •  Managing different sources of truth: common challenges and practical solutions
 •  Privacy, security, and access limitations
 •  Approaches to cleaning and standardising data including removing duplicates, ensuring job title consistency and establishing naming conventions

Session Three – Workforce Planning in an AI-enabled world

Session Four – Remuneration Data: Where to Get It and What’s Happening in NZ
Presenter: Kathleen Webber – Co-Founder & CEO, LiveRem

Kathleen will cover:
 •  What remuneration data is available in New Zealand
 •  Current NZ remuneration trends, including: pay pressure, gender pay equity, inflation and cost of living, sector shifts, skills shortages, ageing workforce impacts
 •  How to interpret and present remuneration data ethically
How Automation and Modern Tools Support Remuneration Decisions
Kathleen will also share how automation and modern tools can help HR teams gather and standardise data, reduce manual effort, improve consistency in role mapping, and generate clear dashboards and reports.
These tools make it easier to identify patterns, monitor pay gaps, visualise movements over time, prepare clear insights for leadership conversations

A refund of fees will be made if a cancellation is received in writing at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of the webinar.
Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date and you are liable to for the full cost of attendance at the webinar.
