Join us for an interactive panel discussion with guest speakers exploring what leaders and organisations can do to unlock the full potential of Neurodivergent employees.
Our panel of guest speakers are:
- Alex Campbell - ADHD Specialist, public speaker, coach and psychotherapist at ADHD Alex
- Justine Munro - CEO of the Neurodiversity in Education Project
- Kartini Clarke - CEO of the Young Neurodiversity Champions
- Martin King, General Manager for Customer Assist at Bank of New Zealand
We will cover:
• Research and case studies on effective ways to engage with Neurodivergent employees to maximise their potential.
• How HR/People Practices need to be re-shaped.
• How leaders can create an environment that embraces different talents and different ways of thinking.
• Effective ways of coaching neurodivergent leaders and team members.
This event is for you if you are:

Presenter Details
Alex Campbell
Alex Campbell is an ADHD specialist, public speaker, coach, and psychotherapist . One of the first 40 people to be diagnosed with ADHD in the UK in 1990, along with Dyslexia and Dyspraxia. His colourful career includes experiences in film & television, international business development, and non-profit sector. Currently, he focuses on coaching high-achieving, creative adults with ADHD and offering his expertise to a range of corporate clients like Google, Warner Bros, Air New Zealand and Booking.com. In addition to his coaching role, Alex co-founded Gold Mind Academy, a global ICF-accredited ADHD coach training provider. He also serves as the Neurodiversity Lead for Humanex, a New Zealand-based HR consultancy, a board advisor of ADHD New Zealand and an associate of the Australian ADHD Professional Association. Justine Munro
Justine Munro is the CEO of the Neurodiversity in Education Project, a not-for-profit organisation helping build a more neuro-inclusive Aotearoa. The Neurodiversity in Education Project provides programmes, resources and support to neurodivergent young people, their whānau and their teachers and schools, and works together with partners to build awareness of neurodiversity and advocate for change. Kartini Clarke
Kartini Clarke is the CEO of the Young Neurodiversity Champions, a youth-led organisation committed to advocacy, awareness, and community-building with the goal of creating a future where every neurodivergent young person is supported, celebrated, and empowered. Martin King
Martin King is the current General Manager for Customer Assist at Bank of New Zealand. Martin has over 25 years experience in Financial Services across New Zealand and the United Kingdom. He has led Bank of New Zealand's support for customers in hardship, complaint resolution, conduct, social impact and vulnerability since November 2019. Prior to this he held similar roles at Lloyds Banking Group and has led a variety of industry forums in the UK, NZ and globally, seeking to improve outcomes for all customers. Martin has lead BNZ’s Neurodiversity Network over the past three years.
