Right now, we are expected to work as though we don’t have kids and parent as though we don’t have jobs. It is not sustainable. It’s causing people to leave the workforce, or to sacrifice valuable family time – and simultaneously hurting organisations as retention and productivity take a nosedive.
Building on decades of research and lived experiences, #WorkSchoolHours is Dr Ellen Joan Ford’s new book, that gives us practical insights and immediately actionable solutions with the #WorkSchoolHours movement. In this webinar, Ellen shares her inspirational experiences as a military leader, academic and leadership researcher, business advisor, businesswoman, volunteer (supporting the evacuation of 100s from Afghanistan) and Mum, to demonstrate the value of #WorkSchoolHours.
Participants will learn:
- The principles of #WorkSchoolHours (focus on outputs and on flexibility)
- How to apply the principles to make improvements in any work setting
- How to enjoy commercial gains through applying #WorkSchoolHours principles
This webinar is ideal for aspiring leaders right through to executive leaders and into the boardroom.
