On Thursday, 26 March 2026, HRNZ and partner AMP, invite you to join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating exceptional HR practice and innovation in workforce development. This prestigious awards dinner, held at the new New Zealand International Convention Centre (NZICC) in Auckland, recognises the leaders and teams setting new benchmarks and shaping the future of HR in Aotearoa.
Presented by Human Resources New Zealand (HRNZ), and in partnership with AMP, the Awards offer an inspiring platform for HR professionals and organisations to reflect on their achievements and the impact of their work. The process shines a spotlight on the significant contribution HR makes to organisational success nationwide.
More than an awards ceremony, the NZ HR Awards are a celebration of talent, a chance to connect with peers, and an opportunity to showcase the passion, expertise, and leadership that define our profession.

• Time: 5.30pm Guest arrival and Welcome Drinks
• Awards Presentation & Live Stream: 6.30pm
• Dress code: Dress to Impress
Teams that can’t be there physically on the night are encouraged to purchase a Livestream Access Pass and watch it with the rest of the team in boardrooms or at home with friends and family.

To Register
You must have an Account (Member or Non-Member) and be logged in to register for events.
Please note: if you are NOT attending the event, you can no longer register on behalf of others.

Cancellations and Refunds
To receive a full refund cancellations must be received by HRNZ by email to [email protected] two weeks before the day of the event.
Cancellations after this time and/or 'no shows' on the day will be payable in full.

Confirmation of Registration
Once you have purchased tickets you will receive confirmation via HRNZ.
HRNZ will contact you closer to the time, via email, to get the names of your attendees, any dietary requirements and issue e-tickets for each guest, or in the case of a Livestream pass, issue the appropriate links (day prior).
