The proliferation of AI in the workplace poses an exciting mix of challenge and opportunity for HR practitioners.
Generative AI is increasingly being used in employment evaluations and decision-making, ranging from candidate assessments, investigations, performance assessments, pay reviews, and disciplinary matters.
HR practitioners face the difficulty of keeping a ‘human in the loop’ in these decisions and ensuring integrity and accountability.
HR practitioners are also dealing with new and significant AI risks in respect of privacy law, along with the health, safety and wellbeing of employees.
Joseph Harrop of Lane Neave is a specialist employment, privacy, and health and safety lawyer. He has strong expertise and interest in AI and the law, particularly in the workplace setting.
Joseph will guide us through the challenges, answer your burning questions and provide practical solutions.
