Giving and receiving feedback is essential for growth and building strong, connected teams—but it can sometimes feel uncomfortable or even intimidating. This 2-hour interactive workshop supports HR professionals to build the confidence and practical skills to lead feedback conversations with kindness, clarity, and respect. You’ll learn how to create a safe space where honest feedback helps people grow and feel valued.
