Remote and hybrid work are no longer temporary responses to disruption. They have become a defining feature of how organisations attract talent, support employee wellbeing, and deliver results. Yet many leaders continue to grapple with a fundamental question: what does high performance actually look like when teams are no longer together in the same place every day?
Join us for a thought-provoking panel discussion exploring the future of work and the realities of leading, engaging, and sustaining high-performing teams in a flexible work environment. Our panellists bring diverse perspectives and will examine what organisations are learning about flexibility, productivity, culture, trust, collaboration, and employee experience as work continues to evolve.
Topics will include:
• What the latest shift in flexible work means for organisations and employees
• How leaders can build trust, accountability, and connection across distributed teams
• The relationship between flexibility, performance, and productivity
• Creating meaningful workplace cultures when people are not always co-located
• How organisations can attract and retain talent in an increasingly flexible labour market
• The skills leaders and employees need to thrive in the future of work
Whether your organisation is fully remote, hybrid, or navigating its own approach to flexibility, this session will provide practical insights and fresh perspectives on building workplaces that support both people and performance.
