Dr. Neeru Choudhary, Open Polytechnic of New Zealand | Te Pūkenga
Dr. Neeru Choudhary is Senior Lecturer (HRM) at Open Polytechnic of New Zealand | Te Pūkenga. She holds a Ph.D. and Masters in Business Administration (OB/HRM). Her recent research efforts have been concentrated on flexible work arrangements, leadership, and employee engagement. She has several peer-reviewed publications to her credit in scholarly journals. She has presented at various national and international conferences and workshops. With a passion for bridging research and practice, Dr. Choudhary is dedicated to sharing her expertise and insights with HR professionals.
