Presenter Details
Daniel Erikson
Daniel Erikson is an employment law specialist with Tompkins Wake and has a reputation for providing pragmatic, timely and easy-to-understand advice. Practiced at resolving disputes through negotiation or mediation, he is also a skilled litigator regularly appearing in the Employment Relations Authority and the Employment Court. Daniel represents employers of all sizes in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, freight and logistics and retail and has deep expertise and experience in health and safety and undertaking external workplace investigations.
Tom Jarman
Tom Jarman has recently joined the Tompkins Wake team and specialises in dispute resolution. He regularly works with both employers and employees to guide them through disciplinary and performance management processes. Tom also advises on personal grievances, restraint of trade covenants, and is experienced in the mediation process and alternative dispute resolution, with a commitment to getting clients a pragmatic resolution.
