The HRNZ Leaders Network is a group of Chartered Members of HRNZ who are in a CPO or Head of HR role.
The topic for this online event is Developing People Strategy.  We are fortunate to have Melissa Clark-Reynolds providing a governance and leadership perspective on people strategy.
This event is intended to be interactive with participants sharing their experiences about challenges and successes with strategy development and implementation.
We will also spend a little time at the end discussing future topics for the Network and how we will operate in the future.

Presenter Details

Melissa Clark-Reynolds

Melissa Clark-Reynolds, ONZM became a Futurist and Professional Director after 25 plus years’ experience as an entrepreneur and CEO of a number of Technology companies. She was awarded the ONZM for Services to Technology in 2015. Melissa is a director of Atkins Ranch Lamb Wētā Workshop and Alpine Energy, as well as Daffodil Enterprises. In 2022 she worked with rural communities to provide a report to Muka Tangata on the future of work for the primary sector. Melissa works with companies to execute transformational strategies, through futurecentre.nz. A sought after speaker globally on the future of food, work and technology, she tweets as @HoneyBeeGeek.
