As the year draws to a close, take some time to pause, breathe, and reflect.

Join Mana Tāngata for a reflective end-of-year session exploring wellbeing through a te ao Māori worldview. Together, we'll consider what it means to care for our own wellbeing while contributing to the people, communities, and kaupapa that matter to us.

This session offers a space to slow down, reflect on the year that has been, acknowledge the challenges and successes along the way, and explore how we can move into the new year with greater balance, purpose, and connection.

Whether you're looking for inspiration, reflection, or simply an opportunity to reset before the holiday season, we welcome you to join us.

Ngā mihi, and we look forward to sharing this kōrero with you.
