While 15-20% of global populations are neurodiverse, this type of diversity is less likely to be explicitly addressed in organisational policies and practices. This situation creates inequalities at the workplace when neurodivergent candidates have fewer chances to be employed or neorodivergent employees get less support to ensure that they are successful at work.
In our panel discussion we will hear from speakers with extensive expertise in neurodiversity at the workplace, We will discuss what neurodiversity is, how employers can better support their neurodivergent staff, what kind of initiatives organistions can implement to ensure that their workplaces create equitable outcomes for everyone. We will also hear about how organisations can benefit from neurodiversity and how harnessing of neurodivergent staff can lead to improved effectiveness and performance.
