As we start a new year the Otago HRNZ Network wants to offer our members an opportunity to put themselves front and centre and ensure they are equipped to meet the challenges ahead are able to do so without giving too much of themselves.

Therefore we propose an opportunity to reframe wellbeing as a leadership capability and reconnect HR professionals with their own energy, purpose, and emotional sustainability.
