Thanks for stopping by! A little bit about me - I’m a people-person, problem-solver, and passionate HR professional who loves helping others grow and thrive.
I have a solid background in HR strategy, operations, and employment relations, and I've spent the past several years navigating the complex (and sometimes messy!) world of people and workplaces. I currently work as a Senior HR Advisor in a large, fast-paced environment, where I support leaders with strategic planning and employee issues, coach through tricky ER situations, and help drive projects that genuinely make work better for people.
But I remember exactly what it felt like to be starting out - unsure where to focus, wondering how to build confidence, and trying to find my voice in the room. That’s why I’m so keen to mentor emerging HR professionals -whether you’re a student, administrator, coordinator, or new advisor. Whether you’re chasing your first HR role, navigating early career challenges, or simply want a sounding board who gets it, I’d love to help.
