Skillpod has been in the market for 7 years now, but our parent company Smartwork Creative has been around for over a decade helping businesses build bespoke elearning.
What does your standard product cost
Our library of tailorable microlearning tools offers over 40 modules that you can buy for yourself or a package of modules for your whole team. Pricing from as little as $5 per person for a 12 months subscription. What a steal!
Our SmartSkills service helps you design and implement a strategic approach to capability development and can be tailored to your needs. We partner with you to identify the right learning solutions for your team and help you design and implement your learning environment with pricing starting from $3,500
Are there annual licensing costs? How are these structured?
Our approach at Skillpod is to find the right solution for your needs. This could be an annual subscription to our microlearns or the outright purchase of a package to give you the control. We will kōrero with you to find the right tool for the job.
Is your product an off the shelf solution, or does it require customisation?
Our microlearning offers the opportunity to choose your learning off the shelf or tailor modules specifically for your team, reflecting your unique culture and needs. We’ll work closely with you to create training that seamlessly integrates human skills development into your team’s daily routine and you can even play a starring role!
How long does your product take to implement? How does customisation impact this?
We want to get your solution right so timeframes differ depending on what your needs are but we can assure you that at Skillpod we like to complete projects efficiently and will always let you know how things are tracking.
If you are after an off the shelf module to grow your human skills we can have it up and running within the week! A tailored solution takes a couple more days.
If you are ready to get learning at your place right we can partner with you to utilise our Smartskills programme to develop a strategic approach to capability development. This process is tailored to your needs so could take anywhere from two to twelve months.
What is your post-implementation support? Are there costs to this or is the up-front cost inclusive of additional support?
We’re not going anywhere so are always available to help out our clients, drop us an email or give us a call. We can support you with liaising with learning management systems, to have a catch up to hear how things are going or mentoring to get the implementation right. This is all covered in your microlearn purchase price e.g. no additional charges for support!
Our microlearn packages also come with a free implementation asset pack which includes an implementation guide, planning templates, team building tools, images, marketing material, and surveys.
Formal mentoring packages start from as little as $250.
Would you be able to provide example customers/ organisations who would be willing to allow site-visits for potential customers to view a demonstration of the product or service in action?
