How long has your product/ service been on the market?

We started in 2006 as QJumpers, after pivoting from a talent pool-based system in the NZ education sector.

What does your standard product cost?

Starting at $350 per month depending on modules needed and annual vacancies.

Are there annual licensing costs? How are these structured?

We have an annual licensing structure. 

Costs depend on which modules and how many jobs you post per year. 

Discounts apply to 2, 3 or 4 year agreements

Is your product an off the shelf solution, or does it require customisation?

The recruitment platform is off the shelf - but is very configurable so that it fits into virtually all recruiting processes.   

Make the most of our NZ customer driven templates and processes but then configure it to suit your own needs. 

We offer off the shelf careers sites or these can be customized if required. 

How long does your product take to implement? How does customisation impact this?

Implementation depends on the modules that are required.  The core system can be set up in two weeks. 

The electronic employment agreement module and customised careers site take longer. 

We work with you to understand your organisation, recruitment structure and processes and offer suggestions of how to best set up your system.

The great thing is, you have the power to re-configure it whenever you like if you find it is not working for you.

What is your post-implementation support? Are there costs to this or is the up-front cost inclusive of additional support?

We offer free post implementation support – via phone, email or through an online knowledge centre.  We are based in New Zealand and use our own in-house team – not someone who is not local and doesn’t understand NZ recruitment practices.

There are pre-arranged check-ins 1 week, 4 weeks, 3 months and 1 year post implementation.  But we encourage our clients to call at any stage they have questions.
