H2R have a team of 50 staff who offer permanent, contract and temporary recruitment services as well as psychometric assessment, leadership profiling, career coaching and outplacement.
We are certified users of SHL, Hogan and Talegent assessment tools with qualified psychologists and Talent Development specialists in our team. We are experienced with Executive level assessment and the development of customised Assessment Centres.
We are one of NZ’s largest providers of Career Management Services. Our Career Management team provide outplacement, career coaching and career planning services for Executive through to Front Line roles either in one to one or workshop formats across the motu.

We have the capability to provide services to large complex organisations on a nationwide basis. Our clients range from small private sector companies through to large government agencies.

H2R works best with organisations that are looking to implement best practice, recruitment, assessment, leadership development or career planning services. We can also run engagement surveys and 360 degree processes to help foster a strong positive culture.
How long has your product/ service been on the market?
We have been in business for over 18 years in New Zealand. Our Directors and team have provided these services in New Zealand and Australia for over 30 years.

Pricing is dependent on the services and options chosen. We can provide pricing once we have had a discussion of your requirements.
Are there annual licensing costs? How are these structured?
There are no annual licensing costs.
Is your product an off the shelf solution, or does it require customisation?
We offer a combination of off the shelf and customised solutions.
How long does your product take to implement?
Implementation depends on the services used. Psychometric Assessment usually has a 24 hour turnaround from when the candidate has completed their online assessment.
