Boost is an Employee Benefit platform that enables employers to instantly reward their team with great discounts and offers from over 50 of New Zealand's favourite brands and stores. Users can view the offers via myboost.co.nz or the My Boost App.

Boost has been rewarding employees since 2019 and is powered by n3, New Zealand's largest business buying group. 

With more than 16,000 business members and over 50 suppliers, n3 is a huge procurement group with the power to negotiate exclusive pricing and terms of supply with New Zealand's leading retailers, suppliers and service providers. Our discounts and deals are legendary in the local market. 


What does your standard product cost?

Boost has three annual pricing tiers: 

  • 1-499 users cost $12 per user 
  • 500-999 users cost $11 per user 
  • 1000+ users cost $10 per user. 

An annual admin fee of $500 (total) applies. All prices exclude GST. 


Is your product an off the shelf solution, or does it require customisation?

Boost is ready to go off-the-shelf, offering over 50 offers on top brands and stores.  

Boost also provides customised solutions. Employers can add their existing employee benefits to Boost. They can also add their company logo on the Boost App and emails so their team knows who rewards their efforts. 


How long does your product take to implement? How does customisation impact this?

Boost is easy and quick to set up. After you've accepted the quote, you can get up and running in a few minutes. 

Boost works in three easy steps:  

1- Customise Boost: Customise the Boost app and emails with your logo so your team knows who rewards their efforts 

2- Choose your benefits: From over 50 brands and stores, select which Boost offers you want your team to see. You can even add existing staff incentives 

3- Invite your team: Upload a list of team members, and we'll send them everything they need to get started. Alternatively, download a list of logins and share them with your team. 

It's as easy as that! We take care of the rest, sending your team an email invitation to Boost. Once they've signed up, they can access all offers you've chosen on the Boost website and app. We'll even let you know before new offers arrive so you can turn them off if you don't want them for your team. 


What is your post-implementation support? Are there costs to this or is the up-front cost inclusive of additional support?

Boost members have a dedicated account manager to assist with any enquiries. We also have a dedicated customer support team available during business hours.
