Safety and Wellness Advisor
About
We are looking for a positive ‘people person’, who can proactively build rapport, engage collaboratively and foster a culture where our people are empowered to take ownership of health and safety in the workplace. We need someone with the ability to communicate effectively across a range of audiences and provide guidance and advice on a wide range of risks. No two days are the same in this role: you will be involved in tasks such as event investigations, critical risk audits, contractor management and providing internal training.
You’ll be joining an organisation where health, safety, and wellbeing are genuinely valued, with strong support and visible commitment from our leadership team. We’re committed to creating a healthy and safe workplace so our people go home safe, every day.
This is a full time, permanent position based out of our Te Aroha office, however due to the nature of the role there is a need to visit other sites in the Matamata-Piako district.
