About the role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for providing proactive support across all aspects of the People & Culture and general human resources function. Key initiatives you will be responsible for include:
- Recruitment: leading recruitment for all levels of roles across the business
- Culture & Wellbeing: champion our people-first culture and contribute to the enhancement of our employee experience through initiatives designed to enhance workplace wellbeing and job satisfaction
- Training and Development: ensuring our team have the knowledge and skills to do their roles and are provided with opportunities to grow
- ELMO HRIS Roll-out: driving the implementation and roll out of additional modules including training, recruitment/onboarding and performance development
- HR and Employment Relations Advice: advising and supporting our leaders, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to effectively manage their teams, including through best practice employment relations advice
- Policy Development and Review ensuring policies are up to date as per the policy schedule and support business needs
About you:
As our ideal candidate for this role you will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a human resources-related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in a generalist human resources role
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Proven experience developing and reviewing policies and procedures
- A passion for people and maximising their potential
- A solid understanding of current employment legislation and HR best practices
- A learning mindset and passion for continued professional development
