We’re on the lookout for an experienced HR professional who thrives on building great workplace experiences. This part time role (20 hours) is all about people – partnering with managers and teams to attract top talent, support onboarding, spark employee development, and help shape a workplace where everyone can grow and belong. If you’ve got a knack for navigating the world of HR with professionalism, empathy and just the right dose of fun – we want to hear from you.
Tō Kōrero | About You
You’ll bring at least 5 years' experience, a relevant degree, and the confidence to advise across the spectrum of HR matters – from recruitment and engagement to learning and development. You'll also have a strong understanding of employment legislation and a commitment to the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
