The Role
Reporting to the Chief People & Safety Officer, the Change Lead is responsible for focusing on the people side of change by preparing, supporting, and equipping individuals and teams to navigate change confidently and effectively. You will work through others in Alpine to succeed—coaching and supporting leaders to enable them to lead and support their people through change. Additionally, you will partner with project managers and teams to integrate change management activities with their project plans, ensuring smooth transitions and successful outcomes.
A critical aspect of this role involves building change capability across the organisation, fostering a positive culture where people are engaged, risks are managed, and change is successfully adopted and sustained.
What you'll need
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Change Manager or Transformation Manager, leading complex change initiatives in large organisations.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, adaptable, and resilient mindset, capable of navigating ambiguity, managing resistance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
