Based in rural Southland, Gemma is a proud advocate for the rural sector and rural communities. A busy mum of two school-aged boys, she is also an avid musical theatre performer and committee member of her local theatre company. 

With over 20 years of HR experience, Gemma brings expertise in HR systems, analytics, remuneration, and strategic alignment, backed with formal education in Human Resources, Business, Psychology and Adult Education & Training. Now operating her own HR consultancy, she partners with businesses to design tailored, future focused solutions that elevate performance and workforce engagement.
