Alex Hagan is the founder of Kienco and a Future of Health Fellow at Western Health in Melbourne. With a background as a statistician and software product manager, Alex brings together data science and strategic foresight to help people and organisations make sense of what's next.

He runs the Strategic Workforce Planning Masterclass for HRNZ, supporting HR leaders to think long-term and act today.

Alex’s work is grounded in pragmatism, using evidence and imagination to unlock opportunities in the "New Normal". He’s worked with governments, corporates, and communities around the world, including the University of Auckland, Starbucks, and the NSW Government.
