Olivia is Founder and CEO at Empathix, a tech startup that allows recruiters and hiring managers to have access to talent 24/7 at their fingertips.  Empathix was selected to be one of 10 Companies out of 1000+ Companies that apply each year to go through the Startmate Accelerator.   

With over 15 years of experience in the HR field, Olivia has built and scaled teams for high-performance cultures across various sectors, leveraging her expertise in leadership, recruitment change management, and employee experience design. Olivia always combines her approach to HR with technology, building, learning code and more recently shipping product in the web3 space and integrating human-centric AI. 

She is passionate about staying at the forefront of industry trends, applying her expertise to build a Global Recruitment Product, Empathix.
