Louisa Dellabarca

Based in Auckland, and serving business and private clients all around the world, Louisa Dellabarca is the founder and coach at In The Room, a consultancy established in 2019, to help leaders harness the power of collective intelligence by improving connection and communication across their teams.

Louisa began her career in project management in the UK working as the senior event manager at London’s iconic Somerset House before moving into Formula One in 2006, where she led project teams for ING’s sponsorship of the Renault Formula One team, alongside Grand Prix events.  

During her time in Formula One, Louisa witnessed some of the finest examples of team performance on the planet sparking her passion for human potential, and ultimately leading her into a career in leadership and team coaching -and onto her quest to support businesses to optimise by enacting the principles of high-performance and collective intelligence.

As part of the Big Bloom team in New Zealand since 2024, Louisa co-leads hackathons and facilitates teams, bringing her international experience and deep focus on human connection to unlock collective intelligence in action.
