Gergana David

Gergana is an accomplished corporate executive with an international background in media and business development. She spent over a decade in senior leadership roles at CNN and Cartoon Network (Warner Bros. Discovery), leading commercial teams across Europe. Originally from Bulgaria, she lived in London for 16 years before relocating to Auckland in 2016.

Building on her corporate career, Gergana moved into innovation and leadership development, where she now works as a Collective Intelligence Coach and Asia-Pacific Lead for Big Bloom, a global initiative helping organisations build innovation capability through action-based, experiential learning.

In her work with Big Bloom, Gergana designs and facilitates immersive workshops where cross-functional teams apply Design Thinking to real-world challenges. These range from social impact issues brought by non-profits to internal transformation and innovation priorities within organisations.

She brings a strategic mindset, strong cross-cultural experience, and a focus on purposeful collaboration to every engagement, helping organisations unlock the collective intelligence of their people and turn it into meaningful action.
