Roz Urbahn, Chief Corporate Services Officer, Pāmu

Roz Urbahn is the Chief Corporate Services Officer at Pāmu, leading a wide-ranging portfolio including strategic health, safety and wellness; human resources, organisational development, and remuneration and benefits; communications and government relations; and sustainability.

Roz brings extensive leadership experience from her previous role as Chief People Officer at LIC, where she oversaw health & safety, environment, employee experience, organisational development, talent, and HR. Her career spans senior leadership roles across major organisations, including Lion, Fletcher Building, Vodafone NZ/Vodafone Australia, Foxtel, Frucor Beverages and Hudson Global Resource.

She has a strong track record in shaping organisational culture, strengthening stakeholder relationships and delivering long-term impact through people, performance, and sustainability initiatives.
