With substantial global experience in senior executive and board roles, JKP's core expertise includes: creating an aligned people strategy, organization design & development, executive recruitment, coaching and mentoring, succession planning and leadership development.

She has successfully helped drive economic success for clients across multiple sectors and regions and has worked in Global executive roles based in the USA, the UK, the Netherlands, Gibraltar, Russia and New Zealand.

JKP is also an experienced Non-Exec Director and Board Advisor; plus, she supports retention and advancement of women in/to leadership roles through the Power Pause initiative. 

A sports fanatic (and high-energy mother of two fabulous grown ups) JKP is driven by the mantra: "I don't care how much you know, until I know how much you care". She believes that every person has potential - which great leaders can help them to unlock.
