Jane joined MTF in 2021 with significant experience leading People functions across a range of sectors and professional services industries. Responsible for providing HR Services to National Office, Board, CEO and Senior Leadership, and overseeing the development and delivery of Organisation Development and Training programmes across MTF's network of around 700 originators, Jane is proud to be helping lead MTF through their transformation. "We’re a small team with a big reach.
