Emma Le Grice is a seasoned performance, remuneration and reward specialist with over 25 years’ experience working with a diverse array of organisations from start-ups to medium-sized local to large multinational organisations.
Drawing from experience in both an ‘in-house’ capacity and as an external specialist consultant, Emma takes an independent, collaborative approach on all area across performance and reward; from strategy design and rollout, through to remuneration frameworks, performance, pay equity and benefits programme design – finding the right balance between best practice, market practice, and ‘best fit’.
