Kari Scrimshaw

Kari Scrimshaw is an experienced executive and workforce development leader with a career spanning organisational strategy, workforce transformation, vocational education and major system change.

She has held senior leadership roles across the public and private sectors, including leading the establishment of New Zealand’s Workforce Development Councils and serving as Chief Executive of Ringa Hora. She currently works with Industry Skills Boards and organisations navigating workforce, skills and capability challenges.

Kari brings a practical perspective on connecting organisational strategy with the people, skills and capabilities needed for the future.
