We know what's having the most positive impact on women's careers into leadership. Now learn how to make it happen in your organisation.
Join Dr Amanda Sterling for an exclusive deep dive into her Women in Leadership: Insights to Action report - the factors having the most positive impact on women’s careers into leadership and the critical opportunities for organisations looking to enhance inclusion of women in leadership roles, increase representation and close their gender pay gaps.
In this session, we’ll explore:
*The critical opportunities for organisations looking to enhance inclusion of women in leadership roles.
*The differences between hygiene factors for women’s inclusion, and accelerating women’s career progression.
*The surprising insights from the data, what they reveal about popular initiatives, and where to refocus your efforts (without throwing the baby out with the bathwater).
*What’s working in organisations excelling in this work and the practical actions you can take in yours.
This isn't about theory or best practice frameworks. It's about understanding what successful implementation looks like and how you can apply these insights to drive real results in your people and culture work.
This webinar is for people and culture, HR, OD, L&D, DEI and leadership development professionals who want practical, evidence-based guidance on creating systemic change that supports women's advancement into leadership.
