Natasha is currently the General Manager - People & Culture for Fonterra, with extensive experience leading people strategies across manufacturing, logistics, and infrastructure sectors. Throughout her career, she has held senior HR and People & Culture roles with organisations including Fulton Hogan and Fliway Group, partnering with leaders and teams across employee relations, organisational change, talent development, leadership, and workplace culture. Natasha is passionate about helping people reach their potential and creating environments where both individuals and businesses can succeed. She enjoys sharing practical career advice and real-world insights to support the next generation of HR professionals

Passionate about helping people and organisations thrive, Pia focuses on the intersection of people, culture, systems, and strategy. She is currently completing a Master of Change and Organisational Resilience and is an active contributor to the people profession through initiatives including the Aotearoa Inclusivity Matrix, the HRNZ Capability Framework, and GenderTick.
