Presenter Details
Jamie McLay - Occupational Health Leader, Health New Zealand
Jamie brings extensive experience across mental health, nursing, and workplace wellbeing. His work spans clinical practice, occupational health leadership, and supporting healthcare teams across Te Tauihu and Te Waipounamu. Jamie is deeply committed to building safe, supportive workplaces where people feel valued and empowered to thrive. He takes a holistic approach to wellbeing, grounded in models such as Te Whare Tapa Whā, and focuses on creating cultures of psychosocial safety that enable both individuals and teams to flourish. His passion lies in supporting leaders with practical tools and coaching, strengthening connection and communication, and fostering inclusive environments where diversity is celebrated and people experience a genuine sense of belonging.
