This month, HRNZ Waikato Network will be holding a live (in-person) forum to connect with your peers and explore a discussion topic, problem solve or confidentially workshop an HR issue you might be facing.
Our last event explored a case study on the case of Gumbeze and The Chief Executive of Oranga Tamariki - this month join us for a facilitated discussion on Negotiated Exits - think risk considerations, negotiation tactics, settlement agreements, stakeholder management, lessons learnt and preventative measures. Come prepared to join in the discussion and share your experiences.
 

Note: To ensure open discussion and free sharing these sessions will not be recorded and will be held under Chatham House Rules.
