Career Blueprint™ Webinar – Back by Popular Demand as the Career Blueprint turns 21 in NZ this year!

Created in exclusive partnership with HRNZ, this free webinar is invaluable for anyone considering their next career move.

You’ll be introduced to the Career Blueprint™, a unique career planning tool developed by Julia Stones DistFHRNZ over 25 years ago. This proven framework helps you take control of your career and create a clear, practical roadmap to achieve your career aspirations - at any stage of your career.

We spend more than a third of our lives at work so it is critical to discover what we really enjoy doing and why that matters

In this session, Julia will guide you through:

*How the Career Blueprint™ works

*What’s involved in completing it

*How it guides your career thinking for years to come

The Career Blueprint™ helps you:

*Proactively plan your career and your next career step

*Identify the roles and organisations where you’ll thrive

*Build a structured plan for long-term success

In today’s challenging job market, being able to clearly and confidently communicate your career aspirations to employers and recruiters is more important than ever. Once completed, your Career Blueprint™ will empower you to do exactly that — clearly, compellingly and with impact.

Bonus for HR Professionals: Completing the Career Blueprint™ earns you 15 CPD points.

Why Attend?

Most of us don’t plan our careers strategically — instead, we wait for opportunities to appear. The Career Blueprint™ flips this approach, giving you a structured and meaningful way to proactively define the right next career step for yourself  so you can be  professionally successful as well  as flourishing on a personal level.

Here’s what some people have said:

“What surprised me most was how expansive the process was. We didn’t just focus on my next HR move—we explored my wider life direction, personal motivators, and the principles that underpin the way I work. Together, we created a core statement that captured the heart of my HR practice and helped me map both my immediate development needs and a long-range plan for future growth.”

“Thank you for my very own Career Blueprint. This is such a valuable document that will definitely guide and inform my future career decisions”

“The Career Blueprint has been an amazing revelation for me. It is truly amazing as it really helps you focus on what is important for you and what isn’t.”
