An appropriate substitute participant is welcome any time before the webinar starts. Please let us know the replacement's name by emailing [email protected]. If you have booked a Member price and a Non-member is to attend in your place you will be invoiced for the difference in price.
A refund of fees will be made if a cancellation is received in writing at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of the webinar.
Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date and you are liable to for the full cost of attendance at the webinar.

Claire Le Grice - Head of Capability, Skills Group
Claire is the Head of Capability at Skills Group. She is a Chartered Member of HRNZ with a background in positive psychology, leadership, and learning. At Skills she leads capability strategy, focusing on building future-fit skills and a learning culture where capability is accelerated and embedded in the flow of work. Passionate about creating workplaces where people thrive rather than burn out, Claire explores how AI, skills acceleration, and constant change can maximise human potential whilst preserving the uniquely human work of connecting, creating, and leading with care.
Nick Walshe – Co-founder, Hawthorne Ventures
Nick Walshe is a co-founder of Hawthorne Ventures with expertise across HR technology, people analytics and organisational design. He leads the product architecture and data integration for Modus, an AI-powered organisational design platform. Nick brings a practical, data led perspective on connecting workforce planning with business strategy and financial decision making.
Kirsty Lloyd - Head of People & Capability, Haka House Hostels
Kirsty is Head of People & Capability at Haka House Hostels, a New Zealand hostel and hospitality group with more than 13 properties and 150 staff across Aotearoa. She leads a broad people function covering HR operations, employment relations, recruitment, learning and development, remuneration and people strategy. Kirsty came into people and culture from a commercial and general management background, which shapes how she approaches capability decisions. She is passionate about employee experience design, and her work has been profiled in Employee Experience Design: How We Co-Create Work Where People and Organisations Thrive and People-First Internal Communication. She is interested in the practical trade-offs between building skills in-house and hiring them in, and in making those calls with an eye to both the numbers and the people.
Chris Smith - Head of Innovation, ReadyTech
Chris is Head of Innovation at ReadyTech, where he leads work across AI, emerging technologies and future skills. His focus includes innovating how organisations transform their workforces, combining technology, new operating models and skills development to prepare people for the future of work. Chris serves on the Board of the Future Skills Organisation, one of Australia’s Jobs and Skills Councils, and is widely recognised for advancing alternative career pathways and the practical adoption of AI to deliver economic and social impact.
