Gerrad is an Associate in the Employment Law team at Gallaway Cook Allan. With a career that bridges both legal expertise and hands-on HR experience, Gerrad brings a uniquely grounded perspective to the often-complex world of workplace conflict resolution. Graduating in 2004 with degrees in Law and Commerce, Gerrad took a detour to teach English in Japan before returning to complete his legal professionals and being admitted to the bar in 2006. But what truly sets him apart is his nine years working in human resources across a diverse range of sectors and organisations. He understands the realities HR professionals face—not just from a legal standpoint, but from inside the room.
