The journey from People & Culture into governance is one many HR professionals aspire to, but what does it really take to move from operational impact to influence at the board table? HRNZ Otago invites you to a dynamic and engaging panel discussion, “P&C to Governance,” where experienced leaders will share their insights on navigating this transition.

This interactive session will explore what directors are truly looking for from their people leaders, how HR can elevate its strategic contribution, and the practical steps that can help bridge the gap between P&C expertise and governance capability.

Our panelists bring a wealth of real-world experience and will engage in a lively Q&A, with plenty of opportunity for questions from the floor.

Whether you are already contributing at a governance level or just beginning to consider your path, this session will provide valuable perspectives, actionable tips, and thought-provoking discussion across all things HR and governance. Join us to deepen your understanding, challenge your thinking, and connect with others on a similar journey. This is a conversation not to be missed.
