Cancellation Policy
An appropriate substitute participant is welcome any time before the webinar starts. Please let us know the replacement's name by emailing [email protected]. If you have booked a Member price and a Non-member is to attend in your place you will be invoiced for the difference in price.
A refund of fees will be made if a cancellation is received in writing at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of the webinar.
Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date and you are liable to for the full cost of attendance at the webinar.

Amelia Harris, GenPrivacy
Amelia Harris is the founder of GenPrivacy, an independent privacy and AI governance consultancy working with government agencies and private-sector organisations across New Zealand. A lawyer by background, she holds Certified AI Governance Professional (AIGP) and Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) credentials. Her work centres on the human side of AI adoption. Rather than focusing on how to protect organisations from AI, she looks at how organisations prepare their workforce for the roles it is creating, where human judgement, critical thinking and oversight become key skills. She has guided clients through the practical realities of data privacy and helped them establish responsible and ethical AI use practices, working to make adoption achievable rather than aspirational.
Annie Johnson, The Honest Human
Annie is a bold, human-first voice in the design of modern work. With a background in psychology, two decades in senior HR and executive roles, and real world experience building an AI product designed to rebuild HR from the inside out. She’s fiercely curious and unafraid to challenge the status quo. She’s led major technology transformations across multiple industries for international and local organisations. She is not only a strategist, she is able to translate what is needed at every layer across an organisation, bringing people, process and systems together as a humming machine to support the goals a business sets itself
Jacinta Schultz, Technology Transformation Lead, HRNZ
Jacinta has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry across a variety of roles in both the private and public sectors, working with organisations of all sizes. With experience on both the vendor and customer sides of technology implementation, Jacinta understands the challenges and complexities involved in digital transformation. Jacinta recently led a full-scale technology transformation, replacing aging legacy systems, integrating new backend solutions, and launching a new website. Since the successful rollout of these systems, Jacinta has taken on a more hands-on role with HRNZ members, working closely with them to assess their HR technology needs and processes.
