The HR Executive Roundtable is a small, focused forum for Chief People Officers and senior HR leaders. It creates space to connect with peers navigating similar challenges, enabling open, practical discussion on the issues that matter most.

Facilitated by Danni Ermilova-Williams CMHRNZ, Elected Director and Chair of HRNZ Board and Director of Danni Ermilova Williams, Change Coaching and Consulting, the Roundtable brings together a small, senior cohort to share what's genuinely top of mind, explore the challenges shaping their organisations, and build real connections with peers who understand the weight of the role.

What to Expect

The programme combines facilitated discussion with dedicated time for peer exchange, moving beyond a traditional conference format. Alongside peer conversation, you'll hear from:

*Cameron Bagrie, Lead Economist and Founder at Bagrie Economicswill join the group to share insights on the current and future economic environment

*Vanesa Stoddart, Chair of Tonkin + Taylor, a Director for Channel Infrastructure, Waste Management and OneFortyOne, will bring a strong governance lens and practical perspective on leadership and organisational challenges

*Fiona Hewitt, Managing Partner Unboxable, will facilitate discussion on the future of work and emerging thinking on AI.

The format is intentionally discussion-led, focused on real-time challenges and peer exchange rather than a traditional conference structure.  Participation is limited to Heads of HR, Chief People Officers, and equivalent senior leadership roles within the Leaders Network, ensuring a highly relevant peer group.  You’ll be part of a small cohort (max. 25), designed to enable open, practical discussion and connection
