Come along for an evening of learning and celebration as we showcase the incredible work of students who took part in the HRNZ Launchpad Internship Programme.
 

Throughout the programme, students collaborated with organisations across Aotearoa on real-world HR projects. This event is an opportunity to hear their reflections and insights as they take the stage to share their internship experiences through short, engaging presentations on topics including Tikanga allowances in practice, addiction friendly workplaces, navigating the tech transition for women in business and recruitment and integration programmes for disabled talent.
 

Whether you’re a student exploring what’s next, a professional eager to support and connect with emerging talent, or simply curious about the ideas shaping the future of our profession, this event is for you.
 

Join us for an inspiring evening filled with great kōrero, fresh perspectives, and the chance to celebrate the next generation of people professionals in Aotearoa. Enjoy catered refreshments and stay to network with presenters, students, HRNZ members, and professionals from across the sector.
